Sleep Poses

Sleep poses can be selected from Sleep Poses in the top menu.

Note

Sleep Poses is a system that replaces VRChat's standard "crouch/prone" behavior. Simply selecting a pose in the menu does not activate it. After selecting a pose, it activates by physically lowering your HMD (crouching or going prone) or by dragging the play space with OVR Advanced Settings Spacemover.

  • Prone (face down)
  • Supine (face up)
  • Side-lying
  • On back / sitting on floor
  • Pose Transition Lock — Locks the pose so it does not change (VRCLockPose)
  • Foot Anchor — Fixes the foot position to the floor (VRCFootAnchor)
Note

Turning on Pose Transition Lock while in a sleep pose prevents the pose from being released by movement or actions.
